The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law on licensing certain types of economic activity

The bill (Reg. No. 4743) suggests a new version of the Law “On Licensing Certain Types of Economic Activity”.

The bill was elaborated in order to refine the system of licensing of economic activity; simplify the procedure of starting and running a business; and introduce a termless license for all types of economic activity that are subject to licensing, as well as to allow for the possibility to receive it in electronic format or in hard copy.
